Progress Coach – Fixed Term until July 2023

We are looking for highly motivated and resilient individuals with experience of working with young people aged 16-19 to facilitate focused personal development sessions. Core to this role will be the provision of 1-1 and group coaching to provide individualised positive learning habits and attitudes and targeted interventions to a caseload of students.

This is a very responsive role, which requires individuals to demonstrate resilience, determination and an ability to support students with their personal development, learning and careers whilst keeping them engaged to achieve. 

Ideally you will have some experience of working with teenagers or young adults and be confident dealing with students who need support managing their behaviour. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be outstanding and support your ability to deliver coaching sessions. The successful candidate will need to hold Level 2 equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.

Please note we are recruiting for two positions. 1 post will be based at Strode’s College and 1 post at Windsor College.  Please indicate on your application your preferred college

This is a term time only role for 37 weeks a year, fixed term until July 2023
