Due to an increase in the popularity of the subject at A-level, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented and innovative part time Psychology teacher to teach this very popular subject at A-level.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach Psychology in the Sixth Form and play a key role in promoting the subject further down the School in order to grow the numbers of students opting for Psychology.  You will be an outstanding teacher who is passionate about Psychology, and excited about the opportunity to incorporate new technologies and innovative, varied, teaching techniques into your classroom.

We are committed to promoting our Sixth Form across the whole school community, and this post will involve working with us to enhance the curriculum at all levels, including liaising with staff and pupils from our Prep school to Sixth Form as well as with the Learning Support and EAL Departments.

The post would suit an experienced teacher or an NQT where full support can be provided.  An ability to teach Science would be beneficial and could result in additional teaching being available.
