An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Senior Quality Team and strengthen the College’s capacity in the further development and leadership of its quality assurance processes.

The Lead will be required to work collaboratively with teams across the college to ensure there is a consistent collaborative approach to collect quality data including learner voice, retention, achievement, and progression and in the production of the College’s self-assessment report.

The successful candidate will play a key role in undertaking internal quality audits and deep dives in preparation for any inspections and support the Director of Teaching Learning & Assessment in the delivery of the lesson observation cycle, learning walks and support for cases on notice to improve. To be successful in this position, you will have experience of observing teaching and learning and moderating observations, accompanied by a deep understanding of the width and depth of the post-16 curriculum offer and qualifications.

Candidates will need to be an excellent proactive, communicator, along with the ability to analyse complex data and identify trend including current post 16 performance measures, will be critical to your success in this vital function, as you will be interacting and motivating individuals and teams across the college to ensure that the educational experience of students is of the highest quality.
