Job overview
The Tutor Trust, in partnership with TLC Talk Listen Change, has won a £500K grant from the Department for Education’s Alternative Provision Innovation Fund (APIF) to boost the education outcomes of KS3/4 pupils in AP.
We are creating a new, senior role at Tutor Trust to lead this project. Ideally, you will have Qualified Teacher Status, together with teaching and middle/senior leadership experience within a Secondary setting, either mainstream school and/or AP.
Perhaps you have served as a SENCO or in a Virtual School Team. Or worked for another charity or civil society organisation in the AP and/or LAC field. If you have solid relevant experience, have the best interests of young people at heart plus a desire to work with an innovative charity, this could be the role for you.
This is a fixed-term contract ending on 31st August 2020. Part-time options will be considered, on a pro rata basis. Role is based at Tutor Trust HQ in Central Manchester.
