Small Heath Leadership Academy is seeking to appoint well-motivated and proactive people to fulfil the roles of Receptionists/Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis. The successful candidates will work as part of the administrative team providing excellent customer service to both visitors to the school, students and staff. You will

You will demonstrate high standards of delivery in a consistent manner, be committed to improving achievement for all and will be able to inspire both staff and students. You will be passionate about learning, well-motivated, dynamic and possess an imaginative approach to your delivery. Attention to detail is essential.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate who has:
· Experience of working in an educational environment in a reception/administrative role
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to be well organised and work accurately
· Ability to use SIMS, MS Office and other IT systems
