Halcyon London International School is seeking an exceptional, innovative administrator for the following full time position:

  • Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Halcyon is looking for a dedicated Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk and associated community-facing duties. They will also manage students’ school attendance and medical records; support both the curriculum and student wellbeing teams interface with our management systems; and as well as supporting general administrative tasks. 

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and enjoy leading and working in a collaborative, digitally­-focused environment. They should be an active digital learner excited about pioneering leading­-edge learning. They must demonstrate compatibility with the Halcyon philosophy and a commitment to meet the demands of an innovative and expanding school.
