We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist(s) to join the Academy taking responsibility for our busy Reception area.  You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and for those phoning into the academy, you will deal with all enquiries appropriately whilst maintaining professionalism at all times.  You will ensure our students’ safety and security by checking all people entering and leaving the building adhering to the Academy’s Safeguarding Policy.  The successful candidate will be a friendly and flexible person, who will be expected to undertake various administrative duties. You must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to deal politely and assertively in a number of situations.
