Recruitment Consultant

RMF require recruitment consultants to identify, select and recruit staff for our vacancies, and help candidates find and gain appropriate employment.

The contracts you will be filling will range from short/medium/long term as is the nature of the construction and rail projects and work flow will vary in relation to the contracts and projects that RMF receive.

Responsibilities

• negotiating contracts
• headhunting
• interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
• organising interviews and selection events
• making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• building relationships with clients.
