About the Role

This is a new 12 month fixed term role to support our curriculum recruitment across our FE campuses.

You will be part of the centralised recruitment team based in Leeds who support all of the Luminate members and will provide expertise in sourcing candidates and supporting managers to ensure they find the right person for the role.

This would suit someone from agency looking to make a move inhouse, ideally with previous experience of recruiting permanent roles in the FE/HE education sectors. 

What You Will Do

  • Source permanent candidates using various sourcing strategies ( inc social media/boolean searches) across a variety of core curriculum roles such as Maths, English, STEM, and Trades
  • Engage with hiring managers and offer a range of sourcing options for difficult to fill roles
  • Attend recruitment and industry events to raise the profile of Luminate and build external relationships
  • Ensure that all safeguarding and compliance measures are upheld throughout the recruitment process
  • Draft and post adverts across a range of channels including social media
  • Maintain the data in the ATS and ensure that it is accurate and up to date
  • Create talent pools for cross campus recruitment
  • Support the Head of Resourcing and wider recruitment team when required

About You

  • Have already worked in recruitment environment either agency or inhouse
  • Experience in advertising across a range of channels ( social media/Linkedin/OOH) 
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident to approach candidates and highlight the benefits of working for Luminate
  • Have strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Have excellent IT skills with experience of using different ATS and talent pool systems
  • Customer focused with the desire to ensure every candidate experience is positive
  • Have driving licence and use of own car to travel between sites and recruitment events
