Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment professional, with a passion for seeking out talent, to join their HR team. You will manage recruitment activity specifically recruiting Student Support Assistants for the School and College and act as an interface between internal management and external organisations with a view to building a strong employment proposition in the external market place and enabling the organisation to attract high calibre candidates at optimum cost.
The role requires an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running to ensure that this project is delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will have a sound knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and importantly have an innovative approach.
