Michaelhouse, the Anglican Diocesan College of Natal, was founded in 1896 and is an Independent, South African, all boarding school for senior boys from Grade 8 to Grade 12. The successful candidate must have an established and successful record of:
- Leadership in matters of education, pastoral care, finance and marketing
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and managerial skills
- Strategic and visionary acumen and drive
- International knowledge of best practice in education and boarding experience
- Positive interaction with multiple stakeholders including parents and alumni
The successful candidate must at a minimum hold the necessary tertiary qualifications and have served, at least, 10 years in a senior position at a highly regarded institution.
A sincere alignment to the Anglican affiliation of the School would be an advantage.
