Term time plus 5 inset days
We are looking to appoint a Reflection Room Supervisor to support students who are required to work in the Reflection Room, providing challenge and motivation to ensure a calm working environment.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a behaviour focused role with the ability to manage and motivate students whilst ensuring that the schools behaviour policy is adhered to.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to complement our Pastoral team. If you have a can-do approach and a passion for raising the expectations and achievement of students, then you are encouraged to apply.
