Consilium is a multi academy trust comprising 8 academies based in 3 hubs across the North of England: operating in Greater Manchester, South Yorkshire and the North East. We have an ongoing commitment to creating a family of academies that is inclusive and embraces diversity, where all members of the community feel supported, inspired and empowered to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and inspirational school improvement professional who has the aspiration, integrity and ability to help support the ongoing improvements across the Trust’s academies. Your enthusiasm for ensuring all children benefit from the very best education will be infectious, as will be your passion for promoting high standards for all.
The successful candidate will contribute to the performance of academies within their region, working with school leaders to drive curriculum development and the teaching and learning strategy to ensure the Trust’s aims are achieved and to promote excellence and innovation across all academies in the region.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with a track record of successful school improvement leadership. They will be committed to implementing rapid and maintained school improvements across our Trust, supported by the newly appointed CEO and a committed Board.
