Weston College seeks to appoint a Regional Trainer/Assessor in Health and Social Care (and/or Clinical Healthcare) to supervise and support apprenticeships within the Health and Social Care provision.
Working in a field-based capacity in the Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire area, you will be facilitating the delivery of student learning and assessment, utilising a full and varied range of teaching and training techniques, in which assessment will occur through experiences at the College or in the workplace.
The post holder will build, maintain and manage apprentice learners in accordance with Weston College's quality guidelines. The post-holder will support the learning process and plan the assessment process to ensure timely completion and achievement of a range of qualifications.
