Lord Wandsworth College seeks an enthusiastic and suitably experienced individual for the post of Relief Matron, starting March 2019.
Matrons provide pastoral care and guidance to pupils in house and work closely with the Houseparent to ensure a warm, yet purposeful atmosphere and routine within the House. As Relief Matron you’ll provide a listening ear to pupils, be involved in all aspects of pupil life and carry out laundry duties.
This is a supporting role working on an as-and-when required basis, for someone with an open and friendly personality, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
