We have two Relief Matron positions become available, to provide cover in our boarding houses.  The successful applicant will have excellent communication and pastoral skills. These positions provide relief cover for the permanent Matron during the week in term-time.  

The chosen applicants will also have a high level of communication and organisational skills and a proven ability to form professional relationships with teenagers. The Relief Matron will work closely with the Housemistress, permanent Matron and pupils.   This role also involves the need to have an understanding and sympathetic approach, balancing a friendly disposition with the need to maintain discipline.  

In return we offer you the chance to work with some interesting and experienced people as well as inspirational pupils.  A full induction programme is provided along with training and development opportunities.
