REPROGRAPHICS AND MEDIA ASSISTANT

Talbot Heath is a forward thinking independent school looking for an original and energetic individual to join our Media and Reprographics Team

They will be required to provide a high quality and timely reprographics service for school staff. Applicants should be organised; able to prioritise their workload; remain calm under pressure and flexible in their approach; and have effective communication and IT skills. Some basic knowledge of Twitter would be useful, but not essential.

As part of the team you will be required to provide assistant to teaching staff with photocopying, laminating and binding as well as producing display materials and display boards for teachers. Other duties will include video/audio recording and transferring. You will also be responsible for uploading content to the school web site ensuring it is accurate, factual, engaging and informative, that it is constantly refreshed and provides calendar information for school events.

Talbot Heath is an independent girls’ school for ages 3-18 set in pleasant grounds in Bournemouth, with an outstanding academic record.

This is a part-time term time only role and the hours of work will be 22.5 hours per week.
