37 hours per week / 41 working weeks (term time +5  non-student days + 2 weeks holiday working)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reprographics Technician to join our Administration team. You will deliver an efficient reprographics service for staff and students, producing high quality documents and resources. 

You will:

  • Have experience of designing a range of printed materials. 
  • Ideally have previous reprographics experience but this is not essential.
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Possess a creative flair for design work
  • Have excellent customer service skills. 
  • Be highly organised and able to use initiative to resolve problems independently. 

The hours of work are Monday 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and 8am-3.30pm on Friday. There are two compulsory induction training sessions for all new starters which take place on Mondays from 3.15-4.30pm.

This position is based at New Rickstones Academy. However, as we work closely with our sister academy, Maltings Academy (also in Witham), all new contracts are to work across both academies. 

This position is required to commence as soon as possible.  Interviews will take place as soon as possible after the closing date.
