We are seeking to recruit a well-organised, energetic and enthusiastic individual who, together with the Housemistress, will be responsible for the pastoral care and welfare of the girls in our friendly boarding house for pupils aged 11-18. Excellent team working and interpersonal skills are essential, and previous experience of working with young people would be an advantage.
Due to the residential nature of the role and scope of boarding responsibilities, the School can only consider applications from female candidates, as an ‘occupational requirement’ under the Equality Act 2010.
