We are looking for a Restaurant and Hygiene Technician to support both the curriculum and commercial catering provision in our Engine Shed Restaurant at our award-winning Roundhouse campus.
As Restaurant and Hygiene Technician you will be responsible for maintaining stocks and ensuring the kitchen and restaurant environment adhere to the highest of standards.
The successful applicant with have relevant catering experience, stock control systems and knowledge of catering legislation including food safety and COSHH. An understanding of producing Health & Safety documentation, rotas and other catering related records would be desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity in a busy environment working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
