Able to effectively promote and develop positive, professional relationships with staff, pupils and parents?

Able to work effectively as part of a time to promote good outcomes for all children?

Be proactive and show initiative?

Able to work as a team and independently?

Able to monitor, track and implement strategies to ensure excellent safeguarding procedures?

Willing to listen to feedback and act upon this to improve your skills and knowledge?

Support Pupils to overcome barriers to learning and monitoring the impact of interventions?

Able to remain resilient and remain calm when dealing with safeguarding issues?
