SCHOOL ADMIN ASSISTANT  

37 hours per week/39 weeks per year plus Inset days Monday – Friday (4 days 8.00 am – 4.00 pm/1 day 8.30 am – 4.00 pm) Bucks Pay Range 3 (£18,131 - £19,595 approximately)  

We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and friendly individual to join our strong and supportive admin team.  The successful candidate will be a hard-working and motivated individual who will provide a diverse range of secretarial and administration duties for the school.   

The School Admin Assistant will need to be extremely well organised and have a keen eye for accuracy whilst ensuring that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team is essential.    

They will be confident with the use of Microsoft Office, able to remain professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working in a busy office within a school setting.
