Due to the promotion of the current incumbent of post Wellacre have a vacancy for an administration assistant. This role is to carry out the administrative functions in the business and finance office of the Academy with guidance of a Finance Officer and under the strategic guidance of the Business and Finance Director. The role includes entering orders onto software, managing the procurement email address, entering staffing details and covering reception.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, IT skills and be organised and process driven.
