We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Key duties include dealing with a range of enquiries by telephone, face to face and email; assisting the Administration Manager with marketing activities; and also providing a quality administrative service to the school.
Applications are welcome on a full time, part time or job share basis. The working hours are 37 hours per week term time, from 9 am to 5 pm daily. The role includes an additional 148 hours per annum. The hours will be pro rata for part time staff. Please specify in your application if you are applying on a Job Share, part time or full time basis. This will be agreed in advance to work evenings for school events, during school holidays and training days. Experience of reception work and/or administration is essential. This role is temporary to cover for the maternity leave of the substantive postholder and it is anticipated it will start late September 2018.
