Chelsea Hall School is an Independent Special School for 48 children aged 4-11 with mild to moderate, complex learning needs. We are part of the Cavendish Group, a unique group of educational independent day and boarding schools. We work closely with the other schools in our group and believe in ‘thinking differently’ and being as creative as possible in our teaching.

We are seeking to recruit a highly organised School Administrator. You will need to work flexibly to meet all your responsibilities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
General administration – answering phones, listening to messages, answering the door
Helping facilitate the recruitment process (posting recruitment adverts, booking in interviews and following up with candidates)
HR for all staff, managing the Central Staff Register and keeping it up to date
Annual Review and EHCP administration
IEP administration
Scheduling meetings
Taking meeting minutes
Manage the school’s MIS (SchoolBase)
Manage the school’s safeguarding system (MyConcern)
Data collection and analysis
Review and update policies and risk assessments yearly
Other duties that may reasonably be required
