(Data, Communications and Cover)
Grade 7 (21,074.00 - £23,111.00 per annum (pro-rata)
37 hours per week, term time only plus 3 weeks
The post holder must be available during exam period in the summer term
Please note that the role requires a 7:00am start
St Gregory the Great Catholic School require a confident and experienced Data, Communications Administrator to join our admin team and to organise the daily cover and duty arrangements for the school, oversee supply teachers, cover supervisors and duty staff.
The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. Strong ICT skills and essential and experience in using a school management information systems (SIMS) would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will have:
· administrative experience
· experience of data entry using management information systems
· excellent communication skills and attention to detail
· the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate information reports
Experience of SIMS or other school management information systems is not essential however a commitment to an initial training and development programme will be required.
