Required As Soon As Possible Academy Administrator (2 posts)
Post 1: Full time (with some evenings by arrangement) 30 hours per week. Term time only. Maternity cover for up to a year. Prospective candidates should ideally have experience of health and safety and knowledge of facilities administration. Actual salary: £11,642.99 - £13,926.43 (Grade 3 / 4) Dependent on current role, qualifications and experience.
Post 2: Full time (with some evenings by arrangement) 37 hours per week. Term time only. Permanent. Actual salary: £14,359.69 - £17,175.93 (Grade 3 / 4) Dependent on current role, qualifications and experience.
The Governors wish to appoint two administrators; one for a maternity cover post and one for a permanent post. The successful candidates will be required to provide administrative support for the Academy and ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the Academy’s learning objectives.
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, motivated employees who can work within a team of staff in order to maximise and promote the highest standards in administrative tasks. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to this post.
