St Josephs College Coomera is a Brisbane Catholic Education master planned co-educational College that opened in January 2019. Our first Seniors will graduate in 2024. The College is located in Coomera on the Northern Gold Coast, 40 minutes south of the Brisbane CBD.

St Joseph's College, Coomera is seeking a friendly Bus Driver to drive our school bus. You will have an excellent driving record and demonstrate an ability to liaise with students. The role will also include minor administration duties.
To be considered for this position, you must:
-Have proven experience operating a bus
-Have a commitment to outstanding Customer Service
-Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing traffic and weather conditions
-Have good communication skills
-Hold a first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
-Hold relevant motor vehicle licenses

To be successful in this role you will:
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
Estimated Start Date: Commencing 19 April 2021
Position Tenure: Fixed Term
Weeks Worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)
Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term): to end of Term 4 2021
Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 2.5 hours per day, 2.30pm to 5pm - Monday to Friday
Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Services Award - Level 3 -Step 1 - $29.05 per hour
Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
