What we are looking for:
We are seeking to add to our team of talented staff. We have high expectations where outstanding teaching and the wellbeing of all pupils and staff are at the heart of our school development and practice.
The school business manager is a key person in helping us to achieve our aims. You will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.
The SBM will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, enabling other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.

Requirements
A degree - ideally in accountancy, business management or a related discipline
Or
A school business management qualification equivalent to level 4 diploma in school business management (CSBM /DSBM)
