Salary Range: £37,849 - £42,683

The School Business Manager will be a member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). They will play a key role in our school and the PENNiNE Trust in sustaining the family ethos of our school and realising our vision to transform education in our local community to match world class standards. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:

  • all aspects of business and financial management of school resources and facilities
  • providing professional leadership and management of school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in our school. 

It is essential that the person for this role is organised, confident, able to multitask, work flexibly and has a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same. We are proud of our school and its achievements and welcome applications from individuals who can contribute to our “unequivocal drive to continually improve the learning experience for all our pupils”. 

We welcome applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate experience of having worked in a pressurised finance and administrative environment and have a positive, flexible attitude to their work.

Park High School is a successful 11-16 comprehensive school situated on the edge of Colne and close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
