Hours: 8am to 4pm (35 hours per week), term time only (39 weeks per year)


Contract: Permanent

Do you have the skills, knowledge and experience to lead the business of our schools?

 

The Business Manager will lead and oversee the office and site teams across Harefield Infant and Harefield Junior Schools. They will be responsible for ensuring all financial and non-teaching aspects of the school run efficiently and effectively.

They will be a member of our supportive and proactive Leadership Team and will contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of the school’s services.

 

We are looking for:

·      A strategic thinker, capable of running the business of the school.

·      Someone with the skills to lead and enthuse a team.

·      Someone with experience of budget planning, setting and monitoring.

·      Someone who has a proven track record of successful school improvement.

·      Someone able to use CPD opportunities imaginatively to develop other staff in

the team.

·      A team player, good at building rapport with children, parents, staff and

governors.

·      The ability to grow links and access funding opportunities, which will benefit the

school.

·      Someone who exudes enthusiasm, energy and has a ‘can do’ attitude.

·      Someone who will be a visible role model, ready to learn and bring new ideas,

who will inspire high standards in all pupils and staff.

·      A great communicator both verbally and written.

·      A well-organised and methodical person.

·      Someone with highly competent IT skills and can make good use of technology

to set up effective working systems.
