Oak Hill First School wishes to appoint a Business Manager to join our senior leadership team to provide high quality professional leadership to ensure the school achieves its educational aims.  

We welcome applications from candidates who feel they can effectively lead and manage our operations primarily in relation to Finance, Human Resources and Compliance. 

The post holder will be expected to manage and develop support teams, be a member of the school Leadership Team and communicate effectively at all levels, demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation.

They will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the overall Health and Safety of the school, ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services, lead the school in its budget planning, manage service contracts and maintenance, as well as having ownership for marketing of the school and providing Governors and senior staff with regular reports
