 St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy has recently joined the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust, so this is an exciting time for the school. Importantly, this is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably experienced school caretaker to join the St. Anne’s team. Additionally, the school has undergone transformational change at Senior Leadership level which has had a positive impact on the school community. As a community, following our Ofsted in June 2023 we were judged good, and we are determined to become an outstanding school.

 We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker to support the Site & Facilities Manager and Business Manager by caretaking the school site and associated facilities under an agreed system of supervision, taking responsibility for general day to day running of the school site and supporting on minor school building & grounds repairs.

 The successful candidate will:

• Be proactive and work using their own initiative.
• Have the ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Show good self- motivation.
• Be able to prioritise, plan, schedule and meet deadlines and evaluate work.
• Communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) to a reasonable standard.
