We’re looking to recruit a passionate, motivated and friendly School Community Engagement Lead.

You will need to
· Be enthusiastic
· Have a flexible approach to working
· Have the ability to work effectively as a team
· Display initiative
· Be reliable with a sense of commitment
· Have experience/knowledge of working with children, parents’ and community.
· Work in partnership with families to increase their confidence and resilience to encourage positive family relationships
This role requires you to work both within the school and the outside community. This will include some evenings to promote better outcomes for children and parents. You will also need to have a full driving licence.
