Our objective is to create a safe and supportive learning environment for girls at St Paul’s. We are seeking to appoint a qualified counsellor/coach who can bring life coaching techniques, wellbeing strategies and experience of motivational work with teenagers to supplement our existing pastoral programme.  Together with our counselling and pastoral teams, this post will work to build pupils’ resilience and capacity for academic success, and to promote their social and emotional wellbeing.  Some staff coaching/training will also be required.    

Applicants will be qualified in life coaching, have relevant experience, and possess a positive and inclusive approach.  Good organisational abilities and strong interpersonal skills are essential.  A counselling qualification would be an advantage.    

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18.  Housed in a grade II listed building on Brook Green, the school provides excellent facilities and is easily accessed by public transport (zone 2).
