Worth School is a leading co-educational, Catholic boarding and day school for ages 11 - 18. It is situated in 500 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, and within easy reach of London and Gatwick. With the richness of Benedictine tradition and the best that modern education has to offer, Worth allows our pupils to thrive within the classroom, on the sports field, in the creative arts and within their friendships.

We’re seeking three outstanding individuals to join our Board of Governors, commencing in October 2019 to help us achieve the next stage of our school evolution and maximising pupil’s outcomes.

We recognise a strong and diverse board is essential to ensure that our School is well run and making the right strategic decisions. We are particularly looking for individuals with either senior level experience of education, finance, fundraising, human resources, legal and governance, property management, risk management and safeguarding.

Worth is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 11 to 18, set in the heart of the Sussex countryside between London and Brighton.
