The school is approved under section 41 of the Children and Families act as a school for Specific Learning Difficulties. It is set in an extensive countryside location near Lichfield.

The proprietors are seeking to appoint a School Manager to play a central role in our school leadership team. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who is enthusiastic efficient and well organised, has good IT skills and ideally knowledge of the independent schools system. In return, we can offer a unique school where students learn to read and write very quickly using the school's own icon teaching system and are able to achieve quite remarkable progress in their learning leading to successful futures. The school is outstanding (Ofsted 2017) and the pupils are very well behaved and are eager to learn to overcome their difficulties.

The successful candidate will manage the administration support team, matters relating to organisation and HR, oversee students' medical needs, have a key pastoral role and be the Designated Safeguarding Lead

Maple Hayes Hall School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children through safer recruitment. All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check and a continuing subscription to the DBS update service.
