About the role

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and joy-filled professional to join our team of frontline School Officers.  
The Curriculum Support School Officer will work in close partnership with the College Leadership Team and demonstrate outstanding levels of professionalism and discretion.


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail in their work
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to multitask and work independently when required
  • A commitment to Excellence in the provision of professional services
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A positive disposition and a genuine desire to work in partnership with college staff, students and families

A service focused mindset will be evident in the successful candidate’s ability to articulate their experience in working to create an environment where, in partnership, they have worked to support teams in the achievement of organisational goals.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Position tenure:  Continuing

Weeks worked:  School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 5 days/week (38 hours/week)

Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 5 - $35.74 per hour plus Super

Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
