Vision for Education are looking for a school receptionist to work mornings in a special school in North Yorkshire.
Our school are looking for support with administration under the direction of the Business Manager, Headteacher or other senior staff members.
Duties will include:
* Provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial duties as required
*Assist in preparation or reports as required
*Diary management
*Assist with arrangements for school lettings
*Undertake some administration of school accounts, including handling of small amounts of cash, collecting monies and payments of bill and invoices
The ideal candidate will know about data protection issues within the context of the role and maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 1pm.
