Job overview

On the retirement of our Registrar, we seek to appoint an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the admissions process across our highly successful girls' prep school.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, ensuring a warm welcome and promoting the school to current and prospective families. 


The role calls for a high level of relevant experience, an understanding of the world of independent education and have a combination of outstanding administrative, communication, marketing, IT and people skills.   There will also be additional responsibilities covering the core administrative duties of the School Secretary. 


The role is part-time (term time) 30 hours per week, as detailed below, with a requirement to work a further 20 days during school holidays.


Monday/Tuesday/Thursday   0830 - 1300

Wednesday                                          0830 - 1700

Friday                                                       0745 - 1645
