School Secretary

The job

Every day you are facing a new opportunity to make a difference for your colleagues, the parents and the students! You are the school secretary with whom everyone feels welcome to walk in. You make sure all the administration is perfectly in order and to make the job even more diverse, you are also part of the first aid and emergency evacuation team!

What can you expect from us?

• A full- or part-time position for the school year 2023-2024;
• There is a possibility to become permanent for the next school year 2024-2025;
• Salary grading takes place in scale 4 (min. € 1.942,- max. € 2.692,-);

This is what we ask of you

• You have experience as a secretary or in a similar position;
• You preferably have a completed an education towards administrative services;
• You are well organized and you always know how to keep an overview;
• You are able to work in the European Union;
• You are an enthusiastic colleague who want to develop themselves;
• A good command of spoken and written English (Dutch is a plus).
