The successful applicant will:

  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
  • currently hold or be eligible to hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card; and
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

The successful applicant will be required to work as a team member in a busy school office. It is essential that the applicant be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and having some knowledge of BCE's eMinerva data base would be advantageous. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The position requires a person with a pleasant disposition and an ability to work in a flexible environment.


St Dympnas is a Catholic coeducational school on the north side of Brisbane. Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required:   This is a fulltime position requiring the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday for a weekly total of 38 hours.

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   Level 4

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019


This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
