In response to a changing world of education, we have embarked on a major transformation program to meet these challenges head-on, pursuing our aspirations, vision and strategy. 

Our transformation program covers all aspects of our operations including our Schools Operating and Learning Systems (SOLS), as the Program School Support Officer under the direction of the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of project support for this large ICT program. This support may be provided onsite or remotely in partnership with existing teams and ICT technical resources.

As Program Support Officer, you will be a client-centric professional with proven experience in IT application and infrastructure implementation and/or support within a complex and multifaceted environment. You will be a strong communicator with well-developed relationship skills, with an ability to translate complex ICT to technical changes into straight forward and practical advice.

You will be known for your ability to working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, with an ability to diagnose and remedy faults and problems with IT equipment and applications in a timely manner. Experience in IT Administration of School System Solutions is desirable and/or ability to learn quickly. (Applicants from Regional NSW may be considered dependent on location)

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
