School Support Workers - SEN
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Support Worker?
Are you looking for temporary work or a temporary to permanent opportunity?
Are you available for full-time or part-time work?
Vision for Education are recruitment partners to many SEND and SEMH Schools across the West Yorkshire region, assisting with their requirements and recruitment challenges. Kirklees, Wakefield, Bradford and Keighley are our main areas we cover and vacancies start September 2018.
Teaching Assistants experienced in working with SEND students are currently in short supply in our area, and many schools struggle when they have short notice requirements - both long and short term.
Supply is a great way to add variety to your experiences, test new settings, build your confidence, and can even open doors into permanent roles (should you wish). We are proactive in matching the work we offer you to your skills and personal requirements, taking the time to get to know you and establish what will work best for you.
The schools we work with appreciate our thorough approach and attention to ensuring that staff are well matched to their individual specifications.
We are looking for passionate & hard working Teaching Assistants (Primary and/ or Secondary) who are confident and experienced in working with pupils with SEND and would like to develop in this further. Whether you have experience working on supply, or you are looking into supply for the first time, we’d love to hear from you.
We can offer a competitive daily rate of £62-£75 per day depending upon the setting, the length of the school day, your experience and the skills required. Many staff work for us on a daily basis all year round.
We are able to offer a limited number of places on our guaranteed work scheme in each area (subject to criteria and referencing).
