Contract type: Full Time

To build a fair education for all, we need to unlock the potential in all children – not just some. Together, we’re making it happen. Every day, our work takes us closer to a better future. But we need to do more. It’s a big challenge – and we need your help to take it on.

As the School to School Network Connector, you will be in charge of actively supporting the existing Heads Networks to grow and the setting up new Heads Networks. You will be working with colleagues internally to ensure that we are spreading expertise between the schools we work with and that every Senior Leader on each of our School Leadership Programmes is building up a powerful, lasting network of their own.

  • Do you have significant experience working with Headteachers and understand the challenges they face?
  • Do you have an understanding of the current ‘network landscape’ of schools? i.e. where are schools currently well connected and where they tend to be more isolated and how schools currently use networks to spread knowledge and expertise to improve outcomes for pupils?
  • Do you have experience of successfully connecting Headteachers and school leaders to one another for mutual support and supporting them to build self-sustaining networks?
  • Can you build strong relationships with senior stakeholders with confidence and know-how to facilitate group environments where vulnerability can be exposed, and trust built quickly?

Yes to the above? Then we want to hear from you. You might be our next School to School Network Connector.

Please note, first round interviews will be held on Friday, 18th October and second round interviews will be held on Wednesday, 30th October.
