Terra Nova is a leading independent, co-educational, day and boarding preparatory school, situated in a picturesque area of East Cheshire.
This year we will be employing a Graduate Intern to assist our Science and Technology teams with setting up the Science Lab and Maker Space for Science and STEAM classes, and for helping the teaching staff during lessons. The role will initially be for a one year contract.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about science and technology, who would relish the opportunity to expand this knowledge by working with a highly qualified and dedicated team of teachers. You should be able to communicate effectively with a wide age group of students, and be willing to be flexible around the extra duties required of a busy Preparatory School.
Full board and accommodation can be provided, in exchange for supporting Boarding and House duties and contributing to the co-curricular learning activities during the academic year. It is essential candidates have a strong interest in the teaching and the learning process, including high expectations of all students.
