Science Leader
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are committed to leading the development of inspirational Science that helps to transform the lives of our students.
As a current or prospective leader, the successful candidate will work as part of the United Learning Lancashire Cluster of Academies in developing inspirational Science across the full 11-18 age range.
Consisting of some of Lancashire’s highest performing and most improved schools, the Lancashire Cluster of schools offers colleagues the opportunity to develop their teaching at all Key Stages. Science teaching across the cluster of schools benefits from extensive facilities and strong partnerships with external organisations such as the Institute of Physics.
In addition to your work at Accrington, you will be part of one of the countries largest and most successful academy chains. This includes access to a vast range of curriculum support and materials, chance to work with leading education experts at some of the highest performing schools in England.
