The Coleshill School is part of The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) which is a highly successful Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 8 primary schools, a Teaching School, and SCITT. Our MAT is currently expanding and will soon be 14 schools, 5 secondary and 9 primary, based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire.
As the ATLP grows and develops further an exciting opportunity has arisen for the following role based at The Coleshill School, Coventry Road, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 3EX.
Grade F, Points 6-11 (FTE £19,171 - £21,166, actual salary is £16,710.24 - £18,449.16)
Hours per week: 37.00 hours a week, term time including 5 inset days
We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our well-resourced team as a Science Technician.
You will need to work on your own initiative, have good organisational skills, work well under pressure and be able to support students and staff with their work. Experience in a school laboratory is a distinct advantage.
Working with a large team of high-calibre Science Teachers and Technicians, this job will provide opportunities to develop new and existing skills in a supportive, team environment.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
