Grade 5, Point 11-14, £26,421 - £28,770 (£9,244 - £10,066 salary pro rata for hours worked)

15 hours a week, 39 weeks a year. Working hours will be 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute break working on a Monday and Tuesday.

Please note this could be applied for in addition to our Science Tutor role, potentially resulting in a 33 hour working week.

We are a successful 11-16 secondary school and we require a Science Technician, to work alongside our team of Science Technicians, to support our busy Science Faculty on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a well organised, flexible and self motivated individual who will be required to assist teachers in the provision of high quality science lessons by providing and setting up practical resources as requested, whilst maintaining the highest standard of safety in the classroom.  No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

All roles within the school/college are covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975, and are subject to an enhanced DBS check
