“There are many examples of good practice around the academy. Some teachers deliver lessons that get the very best from their pupils. In these instances, pupils are excited and engaged throughout and their learning is rapid. Senior and middle leaders are committed, passionate and have absolute determination to succeed and improve outcomes for pupils. Pupils feel safe and parents agree that they are safe.”
